Customized versions of all DockTester™ Electrical Integrity Testers will be quoted upon request.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

• All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
• Prepayment by Company Check or Cashiers Check payable to ESC Products Corp., VISA, or MasterCard.
• Shipping is charged at cost.
• Shipping is F.O.B. Port Angeles, WA. Any goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
• No credited returns after 30 days from invoice date. Return shipping charges must be prepaid and an RMA number must be obtained before returning any products. Goods returned for full credit must be complete, unused, and with original packaging. Goods returned incomplete will be assessed additional charges.
• Warranty policy: All products carry a one (1) year Limited Warranty. A copy of the actual warranty terms and conditions will be furnished upon request. We will promptly repair or replace, at our option, any returned defective or damaged merchandise that we determine to be eligible for warranty service.
